- •All animals must be disclosed on the application and approved in writing prior to move-in.
- •This includes dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, birds, rodents, and any other animals, regardless of size or whether they are kept in cages or tanks.
- •Unauthorized animals are subject to fees and lease violations.
Some properties may have restrictions on:
- • Number of animals (3 max)
- • Size or breed (for dogs)
- • Type of animal
Service animals and emotional support animals are not considered pets, but must still be disclosed and approved in accordance with applicable laws.
